Let me introduce myself, I am Junid, the founder of the Centre for Customer Service Excellence, IMC Quantum Quest, Malaysia and I strongly believe that Customer Service is the No.1 competitive advantage of companies today. Whether it is a business,  professional practice, a healthcare facility, government department and any organization, success comes by looking after their customers.

Quality alone is not enough. Excellence In Customer Service is the greatest competitive advantage for long-term success.

The Center of Customer Service Excellence ( CCSEM ),  which is part of  IMC Quantum Quest, Malaysia is reaching out to all businesses and individuals with the objective of promoting Customer Service Excellence ensuring customer satisfaction, customer loyalty and increased profits.

CCSEM is currently organizing awareness programs, seminars, workshops, certification training and so forth. We plan to have engagements with CEO’s, business owners, government employees and of course customer service professionals. We are driven by and committed to the development of people, systems and standards to improve customer service.
